Return Window
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately we CANNOT offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Have all original tags attached

Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Accessories (including bows, hats, socks, etc.)

Gift cards

Toys, Jewelry, Blankets, Swimwear
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only if inventory is available. If not, a refund will be issued once the return is processed.
